pak98 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pak98 platform — including the website at pak98.win, the mobile application and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pak98 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of pak98 following any update to these Terms will be taken as your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method used to access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or the pak98 app downloaded from the official site.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to create and use a pak98 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are not using the platform on behalf of any third party or acting as an agent for another person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by pak98 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds on behalf of any other person.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that you may lose deposited funds.

pak98 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on pak98. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and a payment method in your own name. pak98 may verify this information against identity documents at any point.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any security codes — confidential. pak98 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by you sharing your login details or failing to maintain adequate security on your device.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not share with any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current and accessible.

pak98 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on pak98 are processed and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits reflecting within seconds of confirmation.
• Easypaisa — equally instant, directly from your Easypaisa app.
• Raast — instant bank-linked transfers for players who prefer direct bank connectivity.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers; processing time varies by bank.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pak98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

pak98 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of pak98. These charges are outside our control and are not refunded by pak98.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to maintain transaction consistency and reduce the risk of funds being directed to unverified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of your registered payment method. pak98 aims to complete verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes under normal conditions.
• Raast and bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing times.
• Card withdrawals follow the standard processing timeline of the card network, typically 1 to 3 business days.

pak98 does not add processing fees to withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your wallet or bank account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

pak98 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, the withdrawal may be held for review for up to 72 hours. We will notify you if this applies to your request.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pak98 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports betting offers and live casino cashback. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

General conditions that apply to all pak98 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is shown on the promotion page.
• Wagering on certain game types — particularly low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated time will be removed from your account automatically.
• pak98 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through systematic play patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcomes may result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pak98 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic tournaments — as well as football, Esports and other selected sports. All bets are placed in PKR and all winnings are credited in PKR.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• In-play bets are subject to availability and may be suspended during key moments of a match such as wickets, reviews or goals.
• pak98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including cases where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual market rules, bets will be settled according to pak98's standard event void policy — typically returning the stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Winnings from parlay or accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.

pak98 takes integrity seriously. Any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of non-public information, match manipulation or in coordination with other accounts may be voided and the relevant account suspended for investigation.

08 Casino & Live Casino Games

Casino games on pak98 — including slots, RNG table games and live dealer titles — are provided by third-party software studios such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. pak98 does not influence game outcomes in any way.

Live casino tables are streamed from professional studios and operated by real dealers. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical equipment — actual cards, roulette wheels and dice — observed in real time via video stream.

• All bets must be placed within the time window displayed on screen for each game round. Bets placed after the window closes will not be accepted.

• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the pak98 platform infrastructure.

10 Privacy & Data

During the review period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be held.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can do so through the account settings or by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method after any applicable verification checks, provided no breach of Terms has occurred.

13 Limitation of Liability

pak98 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

• pak98 is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions, network outages or scheduled maintenance periods.
• pak98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses — including loss of winnings — arising from platform use.
• pak98 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their device.
• Third-party game software is provided by independent studios. pak98 is not liable for errors within game software that are outside its direct control, though we will work with the relevant studio to resolve genuine faults promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak98's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law. If you have a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or transaction, contact support within 30 days of the event in question.
